Discover the Land of Peace Project – not confined to an island on Ghana’s Volta River but alive everywhere, fostering harmony through events, dance, and community. Join us on a cultural exploration. Together, we bridge cultures.

At Land of Peace Ghana, we have created a regenerative village that celebrates the vibrant tapestry of Ghanaian culture. Our immersive experience encompasses the rhythmic beats of drumming, the graceful movements of traditional dancing, captivating fables, culinary delights, sustainable farming practices, intricate basket weaving, and more. Through these events and practices, we aim to preserve Ghanaian culture by passing it down to the youth. Our Western visitors will hopefully learn how to find happiness and fulfillment from the practices of Ghanaian culture through dance, music, and community.

Engaging Local Communities and Nurturing Traditions: We prioritize engaging with local children, ensuring the transmission of cultural traditions through interactive sessions. Our commitment extends beyond physical boundaries – we offer online dance classes to share the richness of Ghanaian culture globally.

Cultural Exchange and Mutual Learning: Land of Peace is a meeting ground for cultures. We embrace the positive aspects of Western society while distilling what truly sustains the heart of our project. Our aim is to create a harmonious coexistence, where the exchange of inherently good practices enhances both worlds.

Comfortable Stays and Meaningful Contributions: For Western visitors, we provide a comfortable stay immersed in the authenticity of Ghana. Beyond that, we offer opportunities to actively contribute through Zoom classes and wish lists, creating a give-and-take that supports the ongoing vitality of our project.

Study Abroad Enrichment: We welcome study abroad students to make Land of Peace a part of their Ghanaian experience. Our project becomes a weekend retreat and week-long destination, allowing students to directly participate for up to three months, deeply enriching their understanding of Ghanaian culture and sustainable living.

Join us in the rhythm of life, where the land and culture unite to create an experience that transcends borders. Discover, learn, and contribute at Land of Peace Ghana.
